Les Bois is located less than 5 km from Le Clos du Rouvre and 2 minutes walk from Cobac Parc, one of the major attractions in the area. At less than 7 km from Les Bois you will find St. Malo's famous golf course of Le Tronchet, which welcomes non-members.
This two-bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people, or 6 with the additional annex.
The main sitting room offers comfortable leather sofas, a large dining area and boasts French as well as English channel TV (free view) and a DVD / VCR player.
The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and offers ample cupboard and storage space. Crockery, glassware, pots and pans, as well as utensils are all provided. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are standard provided in the cottage.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where the master bedroom is located. This bedroom offers direct access to the balcony overlooking the mature gardens.
The second bedroom is ideal for children sharing as it offers accommodation in two single bunk beds.
Should further accommodation be required, the annex can be rented additionally, offering a double, spring sofa bed.
A full size cot, high chair, bouncy chair and stroller type pushchair are available at no additional cost.
Les Bois is located in extensive, mature gardens boasting a fishing pond, which is fenced off for the safety of our guests. The owners keep their own chickens and fresh eggs are available on request.
Children will enjoy the 3m x 2m plunge pool, along with the sand pit, garden swing and plenty of indoor games for young and old are available in case of inclement weather.
The more grown up visitors will certainly enjoy the covered and private outdoor hot tub / jacuzzi.
Garden furniture is provided and barbecues are available free of charge, with the patio and gardens offering the ideal setting to enjoy an al-fresco meal.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rate, with the further benefit of a weekly change for longer stays.
