Set in a charming and tranquil hamlet just outside Saint Pierre de Plesguen and on the edge of la Fort de Cotquen, you will find this beautiful restored rustic granit cottage, with beamed ceilings throughout.
This two-bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people and is ideally situated for long country walks, to start exploring Brittany or visit the many golf courses in the vicinity.
The spacious lounge overlooks the south facing garden and offers comfortable chairs and sofas, a wood burning stove, CD player and a large dining area.
The modern fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample cupboard and storage space as well as a dishwasher. Crockery, glassware, pots and pans, as well as utensils are all provided. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are standard provided in the cottage.
Leading of the kitchen you will find a utility room with separate toilet.
The staircase leads up to the first floor where the family bathroom, master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, are located.
La Coupaudais is located in private, mature, south facing gardens. Garden furniture is provided and barbecues are available free of charge.
