Directions to Le Clos du Rouvre

Le Clos du Rouvre is just off the D78. According to the direction in which you are travelling this road you turn either right or left opposite a dilapidated grey stone house with brown shutters and part of the roof missing (trees are shrouding this now so it may not be immediately obvious!). This turning has our green signs with yellow lettering on either side and there is the normal French sign proclaiming "le Rouvre, le Clos du Rouvre, le Boterel". You take this turning and follow the road, and our signs, to the end where you turn left and arrive in our car park.

From CALAIS, DIEPPE and all Normandy ports, follow the road to RENNES, but immediately after Avranches follow the signs for MONT ST. MICHEL/ST. BRIEUC/ST. MALO. You can continue on this road, if you wish, and come to us via Dinan, but we think the best route is to leave the Dinan road at PONTORSON, drive into this town and straight out the other side where you continue until you see a left turn to PLEINE FOUGERES. Take this road and stay on it passing through various villages the last of which will be LANHELIN. Do not turn off, but continue (D78) through Rocher Abraham until you get to our turning on the right.

BONNE ROUTE!!!
